Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the unique nature of our curated home collections, we do not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges for store credit under the following conditions:

• Your exchange request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from any signs of wear or damage.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at lavishpads@exaltedbg.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Once approved, you’ll receive next steps to complete your return.

NOTE: Any item returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
